RE: CROP PROCEED AGREEMENT UPDATE
This notice is to inform all Blood Tribe land occupants that the deadline to amend/change their Blood Tribe Land Management (BTLM) – Crop Proceed Agreements will be on December 20, 2019. These changes will be reflected in the next fiscal year, beginning with the April 1, 2020 crop year payment.
For those land occupants who are late with their request to amend/change their agreements after the deadline date will remain with their existing agreement. Their April 1, 2020, crop proceed cheques and direct deposits will not reflect any requested amendments and will remain “as is” until the fall of 2020 for any requests for amendments/changes.
Please contact the BTLM Department to schedule an appointment regarding your Crop Proceed Agreement amendments. Also, for any land occupants who have recently changed their address, contact information, direct deposit information, etc., please notify the BTLM Receptionist at 403-737-8151.
