Office Administration

The function of the Office Administration Service Division is an extension of the Director’s office and is to assist the BTLMD in ensuring administrative and clerical supports are available to all other Departmental Service Divisions. The Office Administration Service Division is also responsible for the development and maintenance of a central filing system for the Department, development of appropriate forms required for all areas of administration, directing public inquiries to the appropriate Service Division, assisting with correspondence to the BTLMD clientele, documenting new human resources and assisting with the maintenance of personal employee files, facilitating BTLMD staff travel and expense arrangements, scheduling and recording of Land Management Committee meetings and follow-up and referring matters of an unusual nature and inquiries involving department policy and procedure to the Director.
